omg is what i said when i went to pick up my truck every were the painted wasn't masked off rite primer showing dust in the paint took it back 3 times each time it got worse jim wonarski the manager told sorry each time until the last time said they wouldn't fix it once they got your money your shit out of luck my advice is to stay as far as you can from this place totally a rip off

One sour apple ruins the basket, which is the case here. The body work is outstanding. Interacted with a couple of mechanics and Carol who bent over backwards to accommodate my needs. They do have one incorrigible office employee who makes you wait until she has completed what she is doing before she even acknowledged you. If you can ignore the sour apple, their work is impeccable.

Was disappointed in the workmanship I saw on my van. When I first picked it up the work wasn't complete dropped it off again and when they did that work there was other damage on my vehicle that wasn't there before. I decided to investigate the vehicle a little more and saw rusted parts put on my van. The bumper support is completely rusted. There was an area on the rear replacement door where there was rust and they painted right over it instead of actually fixing it. There were scratches on the bumper when I picked it up the second time along with a different bumper step that was damage. Unfortunately I had to call my insurance company and they told me to go to another body shop and hopefully get it taken care of.Services: Painting

Steer clear. I went to this shop yesterday out of convenience of location for a simple inspection. I was told it'd take a couple hours, actually took around four. I'd call when they'd tell me to, to check in, just to be told to call back in 30, three times.A bit of back story: A week and a half before I took it to RAS I had my car up at the Mazda dealership for the same purpose. They noted some exhaust work and new brakes would need to be done, so we took it to independent muffler, and they replaced and repaired everything for us. So skip ahead a week, I wanted to just get the inspection over and called the neared place to my work to get it done: Ras Auto. I go to pay and the $85 inspection price has now, over doubled, to $204 due to the "fog light bulbs being out". $119 is what they charged me to put two lightbulbs in! I asked why I was never called to approve any repairs, to which they had no answer. Per PA law (Title 37, chapter 301, (3)) any maintenance work over and above the original quote of work, needs to be conveyed and accepted by the customer BEFORE the work may be completed, they failed to call and even inform me the lights had to be replaced until after the fact.My husband and myself called to get reimbursement of the additional $85 for just the labor ( the difference being the bulb price which I told them I was willing to accept) and the mechanic and garage manager refused to even acknowledge that they are in the wrong. Additionally, they're mechanic yelled at me that I can "bring it back and they'll rip the inspection stickers off and take out the bulbs" if I didn't agree to pay it. And the secretary hung up on me when the mechanic transferred the call to her to discuss a reimbursement.Also be aware, I have a video and audio walkthrough of the vehicle from Mazda, saying the lights were in working order, the previous week.So do I believe that both fog light magically died, at the same time in the week in between these two mechanic visits? No. My true belief is that mechanics don't make money off of inspections with no problems so they manufactured one to rip me off. I will pursue the issue with my bank, whom I've been in contact with, to receive the entire $121 overage charged back to my card, I will also be making a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General's office for Title 37 deceptive practices violations.It's the principal of the matter at this point, and I will pursue in civil court if that's what it takes.They will take advantage of you. I hope no one else gets ripped off by these people.

Brought my dodge challenger SRT to them months ago and they had my vehicle Wayover the wait time should’ve been over a month for a simple front end fix it has two pinstripes large pinstripes off the front of the hood across the car with your cricket on the front bumper which we replaced the hood is offset doesn’t lineup I had an extra rearview mirror for the windshield that was broke in the trunk actually was the original which nothing was wrong with. They never used it even though I told them about it so $400 for that was overcharged all around the board.Services: Painting

Mechanics were super nice. The administration/support desk was very curt and didn't know who I was didn't call me back to let me know my car wouldn't be done. I needed to know because of setting up transportation for work. I called again next day to see status and still nothing. Said they would call me back an never did. Customer service is poor imo.
