Mikey the male pharmacist did a terrific and amazing job marvarcolous job giving me my vaccine today and josh the pharmacy tech did a good job with keeping me talking and keeping me distracted from looking at the vaccine they both need recognition I would love for Mikey to do my annual flu shot in August and I want them to both knownthey arey favorite pharmacy people

Bad experience with cashier Jordan. I wanted to buy 2 monsters for work. I usually go to Dollar General next door, but I figured I’d switch it up and go here. My cards chip wasn’t working, so then it kept asking me to swipe, then when I swiped it asked me to insert chip. I kept telling her what it was telling me and she responded with, “I know what it says!” With an attitude. I took my card and I left. You lost a customer who wasn’t even giving you an attitude. Do better, Jordan. Maybe if you had good customer service, I would’ve given you a tip like I do other cashiers. I take my business elsewhere from now going forward.

Caitlin the pharmacist is amazing, after she had a short staffed busy day, she proceeded to mix my son’s antibiotics up when they were technically already closed! That is awesome customer service!! Kudos to you

My son gets a script filled here every month. However; for the past few months they are always out and he has to drive to several locations and/or different pharmacies to get it filled. He has to take off work for doctor appointment and pharmacy, so wasting all this time costs money.
He is prescribed the exact dosage to get from one appointment to the next so he cannot wait even one day for it to be ordered.
Why aren't they properly stocked with this medication? Especially since he is a loyal customer who has been going to this particular rite aid for over a year. He has been a rite aid customer for years, even before he moved to Erie.
Five stars for the pharmacist today. One star for having to wait and drive to another pharmacy.
