Rite Aid on Buffalo Road is by far the best Pharmacy in the area. They are so quick to fill/refill medications. Oftentimes, it will already be filled and ready for pickup within an hour of leaving the doctor's office. The staff are friendly & helpful.

I bought a product couple days ago but could not get tube open. Tried for 2 days with jar grippers, etc but to no avail. Took it back to RA & Mateo gets an award for stellar customer service. Used vice grips, but saved the day getting my $12 product opened..and with a smile. TY, Mateo!

Excellent service, Store an asset to the Harborcreek Community, and most of all the pharmacy does an excellent job of making sure the patient needs and care are number one priority. They work as a team to provide great customer service to their customers in the store and in the drive thru everyday.

Buffalo Road location in Erie is always friendly and clean. Pharmacy staff is very hepful !

If I could give no stars I would! The price gouging here is so disgraceful! For a large pack of Twizzlers they are charging $7.49! You can get the same pack at Walmart for $2.48. I called and spoke to some at Hersheyland to let them know what Rite is doing and I contacted the attorney generals office.

This is by far the best Rite Aid in the entire county of Erie! The staff is so friendly and they will help you get whatever you need! The pharmacists will always lead you in the right direction!

Usually the med staff are so nice but I phoned needing a prescription transfer and the girl was so rude. Full of attitude, considering i had never done this before so how are you going to get frustrated at me? Very rude.

Pharmacy technician is extremely kind and considerate, pharmacist is professional and easy to speak with, store is very clean and uncluttered, counter/floor staff are quick to assist, and I found some outstanding values for some needed items at prices far better than I could from (literally) anywhere else in the city (this really surprised me!). I've been to all of the pharmacies in this area and have been most pleased with this Rite Aid.

Wheelchair Accesible ,Automatic doors, restrooms, does not have Wi-Fi ,has a drive thru pharmacy , this is a clean sanitary store , well fronted merchandise with a typical variety of prescription and non prescription drugs and dietary supplements as well as hair care and makeup products . The photo area was looking a little neglected as you would expect with devices and cameras in almost everyone’s pocket , photo printing is no longer the darkroom ,enlarger and vats of chemicals it used to be , so as technology changes so must retail.
