The technicians get the job done quickly and satisfy customers. However, the company is difficult to reach and communicate with, using pre-generated questions and answers. The company's service agreement and appointment scheduling can be problematic, leading to frustration. Despite this, the technicians are the reason customers stay with the service, and they do a great job fixing appliances on the first try.

Service technician was great. The actual company is not. You cannot get a live person and any thing you call or go onto the site to do is all pre generated questions with only options for answers. Completely ridiculous! But again the technician was prompt, informative and nice.
