Don’t ever count on your order being right from this location. I ordered via DoorDash and as usual, it’s everything I actually wanted that was missing. Literally half the order and all common items. Couldn’t even put the correct tags on sandwiches. Absolutely abysmal customer service.

Always well pleased, when dealing with a Sheetz store. This was no expectation. Despite the store being extra busy today, customer service was very good. Highly recommended

It has been months since we have door dashed from this horrible establishment. When items are out of stock, they allow you to make no substitutions, but the kicker is that the items aren’t usually out of stock, the employees are too lazy to go get it off the shelf. My entire half of our order is magically out of stock?! Every single time?! Corporate needs to step in this location and get it into shape.

Don’t place an order on the sheetz app for cigarettes to be delivered from this sheetz because THEY NEVER SEND THE RIGHT ONES. Then you’re stuck waiting for a refund for 3-5 business days. It’s ridiculous when you have to call every time u place an order and hold their hand through packing it otherwise they send the wrong ones. Pay. Attention. To. Your. Order. Slips. People.

I travel a lot for work and usually look for a Sheetz to use the restroom, grab a bite to eat and fill up on gas. Sheetz usually have very clean bathrooms. This one, however, was disgusting. Only one of the 3 stalls were usable and that one had no toilet paper. Self-Checkout counter was just plain gross. Spills, dirt, sticky. Looks like it's never been wiped down...ever! Counter employee looked miserable. Overall, would never stop at this location again.

Location is convenient but outside around the tables and seating is disgustingly messy. Cigarettes, food and food wrappers everywhere, condom wrappers. Overall gross.

Gas prices are on point with the other gas stations around. The MTO food is almost always spot on coming from here. I always find the drink and junk food that I'm looking for. Some of the staff definitely seem like they don't like their job and don't want to be there though 🙂

Have gotten coffee twice from here. First time the coffee was overfilled and super messy. Today I got a "hot" coffee that was cold and tasted like it sat all day, really gross. Idk how it's so hard to make coffee. So yeah don't bother with drinks, they'll probably find a way to mess it up lol

Beware their food, it's never what you ordered or you'll wait over half an hour past when it was supposed to be ready while it cools/melts on the counter and they tell you it's not ready yet. It's one thing to be cheap gas station food, it's another to not even give you something safe to eat.

Location is convenient. Offering E85 gasoline is favorable. Counter staff is pleasant and efficient.
However, this store cannot manage its inventory. Beverages and other convenience items are constantly out of stock. Being in operation for over a year, they have not been able to forecast sales and stock product accordingly. It’s always a 50/50 whether the items you want will be in stock.

Have done take-out (pickup) from here often. Appreciate Sheets - always good bathrooms and the food is reliable (and open late). Stores all tend to be 34/7 and well stocked.
