Splash Lagoon is an indoor water park known for its 84-degree tropical Polynesian atmosphere and is ranked as one of the Top 10 Water Park Resorts in the country. Opened in March 2003, it has welcomed over three million guests. The park features nine water slides, pools, hot tubs, a 12-level interactive Tree House, a Tree Tops Ropes Course, and a large arcade with over 100 games. The Wild Waters Wave Pool, one of the largest indoor wave pools in the eastern United States, creates tall waves for a thrilling experience. Visitors have shared mixed experiences. Many families find Splash Lagoon fun and family-oriented, enjoying the slides and lazy river while appreciating the cleanliness and friendly staff. However, some guests have noted that certain areas of the park may feel a bit rundown, and the cost can be high, particularly for younger children who may not meet height requirements for all attractions. While some have raised concerns about specific staff interactions, others still plan to return due to the enjoyable atmosphere and the variety of activities offered, including cabana rentals that enhance the experience. Overall, Splash Lagoon remains a popular destination for family fun.
Nice activity for the kids. Off season so wasn’t crowded. But some of the slides/activities were unavailable
