Gentlemen working with the receding hairline was very rude, doesn’t speak, just nods. And he rolled a flatbread up like a wrap, then when we said that’s not how you do it, he got an attitude and rolled his eyes at us. People in front were getting upset too.

The boy that greeted us talked like he had marbles in his mouth, he had to ask me what when Tom my sub after he was already told twice, the girl dropped the meat that she was heating for a customer. They were very slow, other employees were just standing around, not helping out, or hiding in the back. Definitely not happy with this visit.

Worst customer service EVER! Called to place an order. Phone rang so many times it disconnected. Called back. "Mgr" answered phone. Said I'd like to place an order. Hold on she says. Ihear her Rincon someone at the register. Comes back and says she has customers, place your order on the app. First, I don't have the app. Don't want the app. And last time I checked, I am a customer. Sherry is the manager. Sandy the franchise owner. Businesses want to stay in business but no one wants to work and customer service is a thing of the past. I will NEVER buy at this franchise again!! 2665 W 8th St
