My husband and I have came here many times to grab something to eat after shopping, sometimes its okay, sometimes its not. As of recently though.. its been nothing but 2 employees emerging out of the back room to VERY quickly "tag team" your sub(s) then RUN back to the back room to hide. The past several visits we have gotten the same exact sub(s), toasted, to which come out ice cold.. cheese not even melted. Im sure theres folks out there that are able to handle cold Subway subs, congratulations to them! They make me want to vomit! I choked them down the first times, but this time, I was battling a migraine all day and didnt feel like cooking when I got home. So my husband and I decided to share a footlong sub. Same thing, cold as ice! I couldnt even finish mine! Ended up spitting it out halfway through, and throwing it away. Before we left, I went to the counter and told the young lady that she may want to leave them in the toaster a little longer because this is several times we've came to this exact location and the subs have came out ice cold. She asked what sub i got, not that it should matter.. I told her, to which she very arrogantly told me "thats the way they come..." etc.. whatever else excuse she said.. I literally stopped listening because Ive been going to Subway my entire life, Im 35 years old.. I always get the same sub, Im not stupid, nor am I going to continue to listen to such nonsense. You can literally stand there and WATCH as this girl takes your subs out of the toaster before the timer dings.. but she still wanted to give me the excuse "thats how theyre supposed to be".. like, no. Make it right or get a new job where your lazieness and ignorance doesnt affect people so much. Im so glad this girl can take constructive criticisim so well so she can do her job better.. I COULD have been mean about it, but instead I was very nice and just informed them of the issue. I didnt even ask for the sub to be remade, a refund, or anything! After the encounter with her, she just completely upset me.. and my husband! We will not be back to this location now.. I will completely inconvenience myself before I use this store as a suggestion for my meals anymore. Thanks for wasting my time and my money for the last time... Strike three, YOU'RE OUT!

Subway workers were rude to us, made fun of us just for laughing. Guess we cant laugh in a public place, so dont do that lol. Or else they will post you on social media and make a terrible sub! (we laughed at a joke my friend made, didnt even laugh towards anyone. so yeah! #sensitive)

We've have been to the West Ridge Rd Subway about 4x since the virus. Every single time we visited this restaurant it was very sanitary, clean and quiet. We dealt with the same associate on each visit. She was very helpful, asking us what we would like on our subs. Her professional experience is 100%. She is the morning operator of the store and she will treat you with ultimate respect. We strongly recommend this SUBWAY location. Thank you for letting us post a review for this company and the associate.

I have to applaud the customer service here, because they were super slammed and had a family of 4 kids come in who's Dad was making each individual child (all under the age of 6) order their own sandwiches. It took a LONG time because you know - kids mumble and don't know what they want! And although I could see it was frustrating to the employees, they never once showed any of that to their customers. I was also rewarded for my own patience with an excellent sandwich that was made perfectly, and a kind young lady who still managed to be peppy and polite despite everything going on. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, and I felt reasurred during this pandemic that they were truly doing their best to keep themselves and their customers safe.

Their website ordering doesn't have all the extras I usually get on my sub. How is it they don't have cheese and condiments like Italian dressing and a slew of vegetables for the sandwich? I ordered quickly because I had to run so I hadn't noticed these were missing from the menu selections. As a result I got a couple of bland sandwiches I could have fixed myself for a lot cheaper. No more Subway for me.

This Subway in Walmart is the same as any other Subway. Same atmosphere, same food. The only outstanding difference is you can eat before you shop or after. It is convenient it being inside of Walmart.
