i went into this store because i was going to change carriers, when i went in i was approached by this younger girl prolly 20s and she said “can i help you” i said i’m just looking around and she said “are you a carrier with t mobile” and i said “no…i carry with att” and she cut me off and said “OK WELL the att store is down the other way good bye” and i contained browsing… she proceeds to FALLOW ME around the store i mean LEGIT fallows me and stands behind me and keeps asking me “can i help you?!!!” “this isn’t the store for you” and etc!!! absolutely ridiculous she fallowed me around the whole store and kept bothering me asking me “CAN I HELP YOU?!!” i told her “i already said no… “i’m looking” absolutely ridiculous should be fired for the way she acted. this happened in the Erie mall tmobile

I am NOT criticizing this store, rather T-mobile as a whole. I recently changed my plan with T-mobile and was billed extra on my September bill because I changed plans in the middle of a cycle. When I called customer service, the representative DID NOT TELL ME I would be charged $15.00 extra for changing in the middle of a cycle. Today, I called T-mobile and they pretty much suggested that I was out of luck. POOR business practice, byers beware. This is the second time I have been given incorrect information from T-mobile. If I had another carrier to change to, I would cancel T-mobile, but the other plans out there aren't much better.

Takes for ever to look up account information. They are inexperienced and have no customer service skills at all.I called the T-Mobile customer service and my issue was fixed within seconds. I spent over $500 a month here on plans. No more! I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Rude! Don’t go to this one!!! I was there at 7:40 and needed help with my account and forgot my id, but I just had to go back into my car to get it, and the young girl helping me said she is closing at 8:00 and probably won’t have time! So I told her to put a sign on the store entrance saying don’t come in any later than a certain time if you need help!Went to the other store the next day, upper peach, and they helped me in 5 Minutes!!! What a joke! I’m going to go back there and say I want to buy and get an account at 7:50 pm and I bet you a million dollars she will do it and it will take way longer than 5 minutes!!!

Great people! My husband lost his phone yesterday and a kind man dropped it off at the T-Mobile by the mall. They notified us right away. Was not sure at first which location, but I spoke to both stores this one & the one on Peach. They made sure we were able to recover the phone without issue. They were awesome! Grateful to the person who found the phone & T-Mobile!

Meshach helped my wife and I get new phones after we had been at another T-Mobile location and were told to "get on Amazon and order an unlocked phone". He did a great job for us, but the phones had issues. We had expectations that the phone did not meet so we went back the next day to exchange them.Joshua worked with me to try to correct some of the issues, and he was very professional and helpful the whole time. He said I should come back the next day and talk with the Manager. I did this.Drake showed the same concern that Meshach and Jason had, and worked with me to try to resolve the issue. Ultimately it turned out that some newer phones are intentionally less functional in certain areas, and I will have to live with that. But the care, concern, and time that the staff showed has made me glad to be with T-Mobile, and I will be using this store rather the one I had been going to.Even though I hate to go into a mall.
