Wheelchair accesible manual doors( usually open ) , no Wi-Fi , no pandemic precautions , very large variety of styles and colors of children’s toddler & infant clothes close . We take the grandkids there every year for back to school clothes and at the end of school for summer clothes . The one constant is there growth .

I used to work here at the Children's place for a short while. Carrie (the store manager) hired me as a lead. I had already informed her prior to me getting the job that I was already working a full time job first shift 8-4pm. She was ok with that because I was only able to get up to 20 hrs at Children's place. Well Carrie wanted me to work a Sunday for her. Which I had already worked the Sunday before and we were only required to work one Sunday a month. I told her I was already scheduled to work my other job. She said it was ok however after that she began baggering me about my personal life saying things like "this job might ne too much for you" " you have multiple kids so working two jobs is not for you" or"You should ne spending time with your kids" honesty I really wanted to tell her to mind her business. As long as I come to work my kids shouldn't be her main focus.. After awhile she asked me if it was too much to handle I said no it's fine. She said ok let me know if it is. The next day she calls me into her office to tell me supposedly the general manager bumped me down to a regular associate because they didn't realize I had kids and I work every other weekends at my other job. She then asked me how many days did I want to work. I told her 3 or 4 days. She made the schedule and I was the only one working 4hrs for the week. So when the day cane I called off (for the first time). She scheduled me 4hrs for the following week and I just quit. DON'T EVER WORK HERE. THE MANAGER IS UNPROFESSIONAL I never felt so discriminated against in my life. And It did not help that I was the only person of color working there. As soon as I couldn't take a day from my lazy boss all of a sudden I got demoted. I contacted a lawyer and was told that I atcually had a case against Carrie and children's place. But I just moved on.

Definitely disappointed in my visit here. I came in shopping with children. There is a table in the front with shirts on display. They have the shirts hanging so there is no need to unfold each. The girl working didn't greet us, and was re-arranging shirts on the table. Each time I said excuse me and attempted to grab a shirt in the specific she would move to block my reach! I said excuse me 3 times and then walked out the store and into Crazy 8 to buy T-shirt's.
