Placed an order online n did not realize the store was closing for the eclipse (seriously) upon arrival an employee taking out trash to me the store was closed. I went to front door which was locked n spoke with a female employee n asked her how to get a refund for my online order her reply “I don’t know”. It appeared that she could care less n was only concerned about closing the door n locking up.

I go to Tim Hortons everyday and order the exact same coffee the exact same way, everytime. Yet everyday, the price is different Because employees ring it up differently every time. Also, if you request half the amount of what it normally is, they charge you extra! Crazy and to a point I'm probably gonna stop supporting this business.

I placed an online order for a Maple Waffle Breakfast Sandwich and two hashbrowns . When I arrived to pick up my order I was told, they no longer sell the Maple Waffle Breakfast Sandwich. They asked what type of bread I’d like for my sandwich and I chose an English Muffin. When I got to the window to get my food I asked, is there a price difference and was told no. Which was a lie. The Sausage, Egg, Cheese English Muffin cost $3.99. The Maple Waffle Breakfast Sandwich I paid for cost $4.49. So I over paid by 50 cents… No big deal, but what is a big deal is being lied to about the price difference. Also if you no longer offer a sandwich take it off your menu. I’ll eat a gas station breakfast sandwich before I ever order from this Tim Hortons Again.

Never has cookies. Replaced my cookies with nasty donuts. I ordered a mocha ice cap and my drink is not at all a mocha ice cap doesn’t even look like the picture. I’ve ordered from this location 3 times in a row with disappointing outcomes.

Employee was rude. Not all of them just one. He believes it’s his store and can tell customers not to come back. I was door dashing and my order was not there and he decided to just be rude about it. This happened on January 29th at about 12 pm. I have tried to contact Scott Enterprise who own this location but have been unsuccessful. This BOY acts like he owns the place. He should be let go.

Friendly hardworking staff. These kids are always busy. This store is really well run. It operates like a machine. I am a bit disappointed that they stopped serving oatmeal. I mean what's a breakfast without oatmeal??? Doesn't make any sense.
