Great salon, very friendly! They were a lifesaver for me! Due to an unfortunate incident at home I am unable to do my hair lol. I had called other salons to see if anyone could fit me in after I got out of work. One could but they were arguing with each other on the phone so I chose not to go there. I had just about given up until I called here. Robin was absolute gem! I have an interview tomorrow at work and now I will feel so much more presentable! Thank you for the pampering Robin!

Robin is awesome! Man or woman, no matter your hairstyle, this is the best place in town! Without a doubt!
Requested style: Fade down the sides. Leave the top long. Just trim a half inch off. I like the top curly.
Specialties: Nice shampoo and conditioner wash after the cut. Even put curling cream in after that.
Hair type: Thicker, curly hair.

I've been going to Amy at e Clips for a couple years. I've never had a negative experience. The time or two that I went back for a recut, it was my fault for trying something different. She did exactly as I asked. Also, she is one of a very few that can use a texturizing comb . They've always been kind and friendly. I highly recommend e Clips on Peach Street.

As this was a person that we knew, we thought we would be in good hands. It turns out that we were not. My daughter wanted her hair colored a lavender color. She had her hair dyed black by this person in January 2021. My daughter was told that she couldn't get that color but would come close. She was in the salon for 4 hours to get her hair stripped of the black and then color applied. We walked out of there with color no where near purple. We were asked to come back a

As this was a person that we knew, we thought we would be in good hands. It turns out that we were not. My daughter wanted her hair colored a lavender color. She had her hair dyed black by this person in January 2021. My daughter was told that she couldn't get that color but would come close. She was in the salon for 4 hours to get her hair stripped of the black and then color applied. We walked out of there with color no where near purple. We were asked to come back a week later to get it redone. We were there for 5 hours the second time. Unfortunately, her hair was worse off leaving that day. They stripped her hair of the color a second time and applied 3 different colors/shades of purple. Needless to say my daughter was in tears after getting home. Her hair was purple at the top and shades of various other colors throughout. We were not pleased at all. It was suggested that we give her hair a couple weeks to relax and come back for another try. My daughter was there for less that 2 hours. She did walk out of there with her hair mostly bright purple (almost fluorescent). but there are still places in her hair that are not all the same shade. After paying over $200 for this to be done and it still not 100% corrected, we are not pleased and will not be returning to this salon. I requested a partial refund and was refused. I was told that the expenses exceeded the original cost. Not my fault and not my problem. I will not be returning to this establishment again.
