“Our 20ft equipment trailer broke down near Erie PA. as we were returning from a job in NY. I was having trouble finding a trailer shop to work on a small non-semi type trailer. Found J&C Truck and Trailer Repair on the web. Not only was he willing to do the repair but he also recommended a towing company to get the trailer picked up. They finished the repair quickly and reasonablly ($$) and did extras I didn't expect such as greese the other wheel bearings. Great guy, easy to talk with and very professional. If we ever break down again near Erie PA I will be calling them. I would highly recommend.”

“Was relatively easy to find the main office/shop, along with the tow yard. But when it came to entering & especially leaving the yard lol, boy oh boy were those interesting experiences. They have a massive "automatic" gate to enter the yard, which we waited a good 6-8 minutes until it opened. Not really a big deal whatsoever, but when we attempted to leave, no less than 20-25 minutes of thumb twirling while we sat & waited. After 15 minutes I Ended up calling the main office/shop asking how to get the gate to open, and dude on the other end laughed telling me he's gotta open it for us and then hung up. 10 minutes later someone showed up to manually type a code in to let us out. Absolutely ridiculous & unprofessional if you ask me.”

“Dave was great. I was told at another inspection that I needed rear brakes. When he checked them he said they were fine and didn't need to be replaced. He could have done the work and I would have had no idea. He went above and beyond to make sure things were right before an alignment and even cut off a stuck stem cap that I hadn't mentioned. They worked quickly and communicated well. All of this at what I thought was a fair price. I'd definitely recommend to anyone needing work done. Be sure to call ahead of time, as they are busy. A+”
