“I was in town on vacation visiting friends. On my first day some idiot put a huge scuff mark on my rental car that wouldn’t wash off. I stopped by and asked if they could do anything. They buffed it out in less than a minute. I probably could have done the same thing myself with some store-bought product for less money. But I’m not experienced and I didn’t want to take any risks on my rental car. The peace of mind was well worth saving my vacation and not getting some massive repair bill from the rental agency.”

“Our 20ft equipment trailer broke down near Erie PA. as we were returning from a job in NY. I was having trouble finding a trailer shop to work on a small non-semi type trailer. Found J&C Truck and Trailer Repair on the web. Not only was he willing to do the repair but he also recommended a towing company to get the trailer picked up. They finished the repair quickly and reasonablly ($$) and did extras I didn't expect such as greese the other wheel bearings. Great guy, easy to talk with and very professional. If we ever break down again near Erie PA I will be calling them. I would highly recommend.”

“I drive a hour everyday to school and my Tahoe broke down in the parking garage on the 4th floor! My insurance company called 4 different people. They either couldn’t fit their tow truck in the 6 foot garage clearance or they wanted more money to get it out of the garage. My keys were passed from driver to driver since I’m a hour away and then ended up getting left in the office at the garage! FINALLY my insurance company found PAUL! He was a godsend! He went to the garage 3 different times to get my keys and then returned a 4th time! He got my truck right out of the parking garage and hauled it a hour back home for me! After 2 days of being stuck in that garage and dealing with a bunch of tow companies that didn’t know what they were doing I am so thankful for Paul! If you need a tow in Erie pa, Chautauqua county, or surrounding counties he’s the one to call! I cannot thank him enough! 5 plus stars from me! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ fast, efficient, and professional! “Was relatively easy to find the main office/shop, along with the tow yard. But when it came to entering & especially leaving the yard lol, boy oh boy were those interesting experiences. They have a massive "automatic" gate to enter the yard, which we waited a good 6-8 minutes until it opened. Not really a big deal whatsoever, but when we attempted to leave, no less than 20-25 minutes of thumb twirling while we sat & waited. After 15 minutes I Ended up calling the main office/shop asking how to get the gate to open, and dude on the other end laughed telling me he's gotta open it for us and then hung up. 10 minutes later someone showed up to manually type a code in to let us out. Absolutely ridiculous & unprofessional if you ask me.”

“Dave was great. I was told at another inspection that I needed rear brakes. When he checked them he said they were fine and didn't need to be replaced. He could have done the work and I would have had no idea. He went above and beyond to make sure things were right before an alignment and even cut off a stuck stem cap that I hadn't mentioned. They worked quickly and communicated well. All of this at what I thought was a fair price. I'd definitely recommend to anyone needing work done. Be sure to call ahead of time, as they are busy. A+”
