No joke, these guys rock. I called to ask if they could do in-home computer repair, and they sent Paul over in like, 15 minutes. He fixed the issue immediately (which, yes, was a PEBCAK error, but still) and was super nice about it. 10/10, definitely use these guys.

Even with the covid-19 mess, they do their very best to accommodate everyone's needs. They guarantee to have your repair done by the next day, unless a part needs to be ordered. Josh will back his service up with over the phone assistance if needed. Ask for a quote on any service and the answer given will be the price for that specific service. I rely on Trust PC Support for all my repair and upgrade needs

I became a member of the monthly service because I know the owner. Then I use the service to stop a reoccurring bill on my pay pal and that alone saved me $21 paid for the service thanks Josh

Showed up in sweat pants and a hoodie. Very sloppy work. They were subcontracted through our corporate IT department, but tried to portray themselves as if we hired them. Not recommended at all!! If you see them claiming they have corporate clients. It's a lie!

He did an amazing job! Josh is very professional and great at what he does! I highly recommend this place for anything you may need. I had a complicated request and the geek squad at Best Buy couldn’t do it but josh came through for me. And the prices are SUPER affordable! If I could give him more than five stars I would!

Josh has fixed my computers time and time again. The last one I got from him was in 2015 and is still running strong. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of a trustworthy computer repair person.

the person who is in the store managing and running things was very very knowledgeable. They helped me fix my computer and get it back running in excellent time. And they didn't make me feel stupid. I was very appreciative for everything that they helped me with!
