The staff member who helped me was an absolute doll! I think their name was Alex. They helped me find the Charlotte tilbury pillow talk lip pencil and they even took the time to help me find similar products. 100% great service experience.

Omg Amanda at ulta has given me the best brows of my life thus far! I have been to salons, but the place to go is ulta! And if you are in Erie, PA, make sure to ask for Amanda and SCHEDULE WITH HER, for she is on top of her game and so sweet as well!

I went to Ulta beauty for a haircut. First time when I did the haircut. I just loved it but, second time it was a total disappointment. The lady was pretty young and haven’t had much experience. I didn’t get what I expected and told her. Even I showed her a picture of haircut but it didn’t meet my expectations.

I was looking for black gel eyeliner, drugstore or high-end. There was none to be found at first, but the manager and the woman at the BeneFit bar went out of their way to help and found something I wouldn't have thought of. I've always had good experiences at this location, but this one stood out. They're providing excellent customer service despite the company's worsening corner-cutting policies. Ulta is fortunate to have employees like this.
