Staff and service are acceptable but the parking at this location is terrible. Lot not wide enough to have cars in both sides. Can't get into a spot without an extra back up. Very frustrating

Always use this location if I have returns or anything. They are always friendly and helpful. Today the gentleman working went out of his way to not only open the door as soon as he saw me when I was carrying in a large box, but also continue to carry in the large box to the register to the wonderful lady checking me out. Highly recommend! Thank you to all the staff!

I went to this store on July 24, 2025 with a self label package. Unbeknownst to me there was a self service kiosk.
Upon being greeted by the owner I was told that I’m inconveniencing him because I brought my self labeled package to the front desk area.
He shouldn’t ask what I need if he is going to automatically assume everyone knows about their self service kiosk. His tone towards me was very rude & unprofessional.
I will NOT be coming back to this store for any of my shipping needs. I will also be telling everyone I know to avoid this location at all costs.

I was able to just walk in, show them the QR code for my Amazon return, they scanned it, and that was it. As simple as that 😊 The employee was very nice and efficient 💯

If it was possible to give no stars I would. UPS has to be the WORST mail service in the country. They couldn’t even figure out where my package was so I could pick it up, they couldn’t give me an ETA of when I could expect it, and they couldn’t even help me with making a UPS my choice account after I tried and failed several times in doing so due to their outdated website. I would go with anyone else but them when it comes to trusting a carrier with your mail. Absolutely horrible. 0/10 will never use again

I was in a huge pickle as my son’s senior golf banner was destroyed and I didn’t realize it until less than a week before his graduation party. I was able to get the image from the school and Mandy was able to get banner ordered and ready for pick up in time for his party. Thank you!!!
