Every time I have phone issues, I go to this place and they get me set up and taken care of. Rick has helped me out on multiple occasions and he gets me to a place that is way better than when I came in. Thanks!

Went in to the store in 2023 early into the year for the "iPhone and Apple watch on us" deal. Said hey, that sounds pretty good. So I traded my phone in, got my phone and watch. Was told it would be 200$ or so for the first month for activation fees, well. These fees did not drop. My monthly bill was supposed to be 111$ for my service plan. It wasn't.
So long story short... I tried to handle it, and figure it out, till I got a paper bill, and it showed I was paying for the watch and phone. So I quit paying it, and Verizon charged me 2400$ for it all, don't trust the phone on us BS.
