I had an issue with my phone not getting service. Long story short, my phone is still junk. However, all of the employees at this Verizon store were very engaged, and all they wanted to do was help. They did everything they could think of from changing out the sim card with a new one, eliminating the sim card to an internal sim, activating another new sim so it could work with a replacement phone and so on. They were really good to me, and i never bought a thing. I hope Michael the manager, and his team get to see this, and anyone who thinks they deserve a negative review sees this too. Good work guys!

Horrible service. Bought a Pixel 7 Pro from them, the phone went bad on it's own, they confirmed there was no physical damage, yet they refuse to replace it. I asked them to call corporate for an exception, he refused. The manager just stood there and said nothing. They options they gave me was to pay $850 for a new phone (remember, I didn't break mine) or use an upgrade for someone else on my plan, basically paying $850 again, just broken up over time.Now I CAN'T WORK for a number of DAYS because legally businesses have to have Multi Factor Authentication, which requires a phone.My account IS my business account. So they're providing a service to my business, that I can't operate because I don't have the device they sold me that broke on it's own.If I broke the phone, I would understand. But this is bad equipment and should be replaced without question.This store just cost me TENS of THOUSANDS of dollars. I'll NEVER go back here.

Went in 8/18 because are bill was outrageous!! The manager that day said they messed our bill up and they were going to fix it. Today 8/25 we went in because it wasn't fixed. The manager today a different person than before was extremely rude and said our bill was right. So we just called customer service and it turns out our bill was wrong and the manager just didn't want to help us!! Go elsewhere!! Can't wait to be done with Verizon!! The service sucks wish I could give them 0 stars

Came in weeks ago told them my bill was wrong they looked at it and told me it was wrong and that I had paid 26.95 to much for at least a year. They told my after being credited it back I wouldn't receive a bill for quite some time. Went back today after I was charged the same amount again for my bill the Manger today basically told me the bill was right and that we were just stuck and he can't help us so we called customer service after we left who confirmed the same thing the first manager told us my bill was wrong and they fixed it. Not all verizons are the same the Manger at this one is a special kind of stupid go to a different store or call customer service.

My 89-year old father went into this store recently as we've had Verizon as our carrier since the late-1990s. My father's flip phone was broken (it wouldn't charge) and two of the male Verizon minions were super disrespectful to him. I was not there but he explained the situation to me. Had I been there I would have checked their attitudes real quick. The lady manager was sitting a table over with another customer and heard everything but didn't interject. And so now roughly 15-20 phones (family as well as employees) will be switching to another carrier as we don't deal well with disrespect, especially from young, rude ones. Bye, Verizon! We hope our 25 years of loyalty was worth losing over being rude to my father. You've been canceled.

Don't waste your time. Staff has a collective IQ of 50. And try to call. It tells you to call back during business hours when I called in the middle of their actual open hours

Beware! We recently purchased two new IPhones through Verizon in June 2022 and the entire experience from the onset was frustrating due to a glitch with our order that occurred within the system. Customer care was of no help nor did the store’s team of representatives remedy the problem THEY created. Needless to say, we are still without a resolution and will continue to escalate our concerns. Frustrating!!!

Was told that a credit was applied and that my balance would not increase with the purchase of my new phone. When I received my Statement it had increased and no credit was applied.
