We just switched to Verizon after being customers with another company since we first got cell phones. The service from Brennan and Lucas was absolutely amazing. I have worked in customer service and management my whole life and they went above and beyond. This day and age customers service does really matter and they exceeded it! Thank you Verizon and the Westridge Road, Erie PA store!

Stopped in at Verizon on West 26th St. this morning because I was having a problem with my cell phone. A gentleman named Parker helped me , corrected all my problems! Parker was very nice , friendly and very kind and got my phone working correctly again! I highly recommend him for any of your phone problems!
