This place is a joke, they’re so lazy that they can’t even check to see if they accept peoples insurances or not. Do you guys treat the elderly this way ?? On top of that I have spoken to friends and there Pharmacist Tara is quite the talk of the drug store. She speak to people as if there an inconvenience, I’m sorry aren’t you the pharmacist? Scares me to think how she speaks or handles the elderly. Iv complained numerous of times about her communication/customer service skill but of course nothing because she still continues to act as if she was never spoken to about her behavior

Walgreens Pharmacy on Peach st. Was a "flagship" store when it opened; customer service was unmatched.
NOT anymore.
My schedule is difficult but their only concern was that they where closing in 10 minutes!
3 phone calls prior to *walking to the store you think they would mention " new policy" required my id. Rather than take the time to identify me. We instead argued that the form of Id, the picture didnt look like me!?.... well sorry at 10 degrees outside bundled up , ofcourse, it didnt llook like me!
Anyhow walking there was a waste of my time. But hopefully their lack of concern for customer service doesnt happen to you, if you can only arrive 10 min before closing.
In my field you stay till the last customer is taken care of if they arrived before closing.

Hello to the community it’s so hard and sad to see a manager joke and talk about other customers. Also, I was in the store when I witness that the manager did not have a chance to read the ones for this customer when the cashier mentioned to her that he had the items she didn’t doubt to say I can’t do anything about it if it’s not scanning, which is sad she came over. She was not Happy about seeing this customer as the manager if you cannot work with the community and your customers likely regular customers he seems he comes to the store a lot. It’s sad to know the customer have the right to use the coupon as long as that item match sadly managers, abusing of her power is not the first time. Walgreens don’t do anything about it. It seems like it’s not my first time witnessing something like this or hearing the employees making fun of a customer who they don’t like sadly a lot of regrets but the only Walgreens I have nearby no choice if I come here is because is my closest pharmacy but customer service here is abusive specially to the Latin community

I know we got snow but every other pharmacy in Erie was open to server their patients. Script called in on Saturday Today is Monday no meds and the store is closed still. Called another # to see when they will be open. Not a clue as to why they are closed or when they will be open. They told me to go to Meadville to get my script filled. Well $#!+ that is not going to happen. Ba bye Walgreens. Hello Rite aide who is and was open to serve the public.

What a store! Customer service isn't what I had expected. Two calls to attempt communication then dismissed with "try calling 1-800-WALGREENS". Wish I would have known to just start there! Corporate was amazing and easily fixed the issue that the local store kept brushing off.

No stars. I’m so disappointed in this experience. I’m not expecting 5 star service but common decency. I waited at the drive through, no acknowledgment of my waiting. Someone was working at the window, but they refused to acknowledge me. I used the caller button and she didn’t pick up. Waited, waited, until she was good and ready. It would have been nice to be acknowledged and “I’ll be with you in a few minutes” instead of ignored. She should have moved to assemble her work elsewhere if she was not to help at the window.

Disappointed. I waited at the drive through window watching a woman assemble while she ignored me. I used the call button, she didn't pick it up. It would have been nice to be acknowledged and informed "we're under staffed, I'll be with you in a few minutes" but to be ignored. Very disappointing visit.

Pharmacy plays games with not controlled meds treating them like controlled meds. So when a "refill too soon" doesn't pop up they put it under "pharmacist review" to stop the fill.

This company put my husband on as a temp and on his 30th day there they pulled him into the office and told him he wasn't a good fit due to him walking away from someone training him. 1 he did not walk away from her he listened to the entire thing she was training him on and when he didn't respond to her because he understood the training he turned around and continued his job. Instead of telling him what he needed to improve on (as all professional establishments should do) they canned him. They complained how he took a day off when he couldn't bare weight on his foot and when he was sick. 2 they worked him like a mule while they sat around talking and playing on their cellphones. It was ok for the fat young chick to sit up front and twiddle her thumbs while my husband did your job and his job. Oh and the manager Aaron a big Fuck you! thank you for wasting my gas coming in when you could have called him and told him. To the cashier miss Sue you are an amazing employee you made my husband feel welcomed and you so friendly we'll miss you
