The staff is friendly. Actually has a mail drop box which every truck stop SHOULD have but it's sadly rare to find. Bonus points for that. No post cards.lame. State magnets and such souvenirs sold out.

They are always reasonably priced. Sometimes trash cans are full and sidewalks get really icy in winter. Staff are friendly. Easy to access location near the highway. Fully stocked.

The truck lot needs some improvement because there are huge pot holes all around so be careful if you plan to come to this Pilot location and park, but besides that it's really not that bad of a truck stop when it's not too busy and crowded, the employees are cool and laid back, they have a Subway restaurant inside and it's a Taco Bell across the street from the Pilot.

Attention to all truck drivers pay attention to where you park because the reservation sign on the pavement it's coming off so if you don't know it's there they will wake you up in the middle of the night to tell you to pay or leave and the cashier at Subway has an extremely unprofessional attitude problem towards the customers.
