Always an issue when it comes to cashing checks or hold times. Do not recommend.
I have 3 Accounts here and will be closing all of them due to ongoing issues. It’s odd if you go to all the branches you’ll get a different answer at each branch.

Have been with Widget for a year now and I will say it is by far the BEST out of all credit union/banks I have been with. Very responsive, they genuinely care about their clients, offering professional and attentive service. Certainly won't be switching anytime soon.

My past few visits to the lobby have been good. Michael Parks and Alisa Burgos did a fantastic job getting me situated at Widget, and I am happy with their professionalism and customer service with opening both my accounts.

I have been a customer for many years anytime I try to apply for loan they deny it. I was given a credit Builder and I paid off less than a year. I think maybe it’s time for me to shop around for a different bank because this bank now has became a joke They give people loans or should I say they pick and choose who they give a loan to even though I have the income to pay it back every single month they don’t believe in giving people second chances so sad that my banking relationship is going to end

The staff at Widget was great All the staff we spoke to were super knowledgeable and very helpful in getting a HELOC. We were very impressed with the quick response to questions via email and phone. Finalizing it was great with Geoff. He helped answering last minute questions and had great attention to details. We highly recommend Widget for all banking needs.

Everyone at this Widget on Greengarden & West 26th branch are so friendly and helpful. I love walking in their knowing that i will walk out recivong a good experience and happy that i made this bank my main bank. Greatest group of people!

It’s the little things that make credit unions far superior to banks. Carlo at the West 26th street location was a solid reminder today of why I choose to bank with Widget. Stellar service, extremely knowledgeable, and insightful to the customers need even beyond what they asked for. All three interactions were consistent, which is an attestation to his character. Thank you, Carlo. If you’re on the look out for a bank, pick a credit union, you won’t regret it.

I had a problem with my account about a week ago (which was my own fault), and the workers at the E. 38th St. widget were very friendly and helpful with fixing it for me. They have GREAT customer service!
