“I visited this Torrid for the first time on July 5th, and I am so glad I went! I am pretty sure every staff member assisted me in some way, and they were all amazing. The workers were cheerful, and offered their opinion on outfits, and grabbed me different sizes when I requested them.
I got fitted for a bra, which I have been putting off, but it was a good experience! I can’t believe I waited so long to get the fitting done.
I will definitely be back to this location. It was a great experience.”
“They were very helpful with finding everything, knowledgeable of their products and how to treat my leather boots. When I went back do to a boot problem they worked with me and we found out that my foot was actually swollen. I have severe arthritis”
“Best thrift store in Erie! My first visit was yesterday and they had such a variety and prices like I haven’t seen in years. They genuinely have good items, with fair pricing. A mishap occurred during my checkout, and I contacted the owner afterwards. She answered right away and rectified the issue immediately! 10/10 and great customer service. I will be back!”
“Bro!! I get they may make commission but that doesn't account for the extreme above and beyond I ALWAYS receive. So this last time was a Ms. Dani but my normal girl is (so sorry if I get name wrong) McKenzie. Both these ladies are so sweet. Dani really made me want to leave a review tho bc she really helped me out outfits together and was fabulous! They are normal not judgy or rude or hating their jobs where you can totally tell lol Example, Dani found me a cute long sleeve for my hubby on the clearance rack bc I said I wasn't trying to spend too much ($460 later?) she also looked at me without saying anything and knew I had on Payton style buckle jeans and had my size perfect! She brought over a few new ones that were rocking! There is one other girl that's sooo awesome I've only had once or twice but she helped me order those ball hammock boxer for my hubby in a certain print they didn't have in store and she just went threw them all with me and not like oh gosh here we go... she was like oh these are cute or naw not these lol she was awesome! Just a shout out to the whole erie store they really are great folks? Also let me add the clothing is so durable! I've had a pair of buckle jeans for years! It's become the only kind I like and I used to be a die hard AE girly. Yes some of the stuff seems pricey but when you was a knit top close to 100 times and it looks great still ima pay it! Also I look and feel good and confident in their clothes. The girls are not afraid to say umm let's try this instead.”

“I braved shopping with 2 young boys this past weekend and the girls truly couldn’t have been more helpful to try and buy me time to pick out a few things. I was even able to try on a pair of jeans. Thank you to the workers for going above and beyond!! It certainly did not go unnoticed. No other store I was in put in that kind of effort. It was much appreciated!! “Gabe's has been around forever, and that's a good thing. If you're on a budget they have clothes that can fit your price range. Fashion doesn't have to be expensive. You can find really cute things here to add to your collections. They also have other things than clothes. It's kind of like a department store so you might go in for clothes, and walk out with decorations, bedding, random food items, shampoo, etc. Some areas you might have to look a little harder for what you want like in the clothing, but it's worth it. I have found some really great pieces over the years. If you want a store with great prices, and a friendly atmosphere I would definitely check it out.”

“Went in to inquire about comfortable shoes and was assisted with a very knowledgeable and sweet young lady “Megan” at the Erie, Pa store. She was so helpful and took her time with me to find a comfortable relaxed fit shoe. I wasn’t sure on the size or width but had a decent idea as every shoe style seems to be a little different. I tried on several shoes until she got me into a comfy pair (which took awhile). She did such an awesome job that we held the same process to find me a nice comfortable pair of boots. I can’t say enough great things about Megan. Thank you so much!!”

“Yesterday I had the most marvelous experience in the Erie Chico's. After spending many, many hours perusing Internet sites looking for the perfect outfit for my own wedding (I'm in my 70s), and visiting about 13 different local stores and shops, I finally had a supremely successful time at Chicos.Not only was I able to put together an outfit the moment I arrived, I found three. I now have choices when the morning arrives. Oddly, I'd forgotten how much I love Chicos clothes with their beautiful fabrics and superb craftsmanship, so I was overwhelmed with joy to have immediate success filling my arms with clothing.But I have to mention that this store has an outstanding sales staff that not only helped me, like sweet sisters would, to feel really special and still attractive. Thank you, thank you so very much Chicos and this marvelous sales staff. I'm still walking on Cloud 9 after my experience yesterday. I absolutely love these clothes!!!”

“Had just a few minutes to waste before my doctors appointment this afternoon so I visited this store for the first time today. I was immediately impressed with the courteous kind reception from the owner as soon as I walked in. Although I didn't have much time to scope the whole store out, I did get a chance to notice the ergonomics of the store. All the clothing was well placed and organized in a manner that made it easy for me to view/use much better than some of the big box stores. I can tell a great deal of effort was put into the display arrangements.Although some of the clothing was geared more towards the younger customers, I did find a good amount of designer clothing that appealed to me as an older adult and model.I would definitely recommend this store to others and I am definitely going to be shopping here in the future. Great store.”

“I called here to exchange a suit coat for a smaller size. I didn't have the receipt as I had received it as a gift. The staff were very helpful and I was able to make the exchange very quickly and even got a better deal on the suit coat.

“I go to this store at least twice a month to take advantage of their sales. I always end up buying something. The best sale I’ve seen is on their T-shirts which are buy one get TWO FREE. Jeans are sometimes buy one get one free. Just can’t beat it! and their clothes are very trendy too and so cool abs their fragrances OMG so nice!! I get many compliments on my outfits I buy! I will be back again very soon.”
“It's hit or miss for me. Sometimes I love what they have and sometimes I don't. Sizing can be a bit wonky. Sometimes you can get a graphic tee for a good price, other days it costs ya $25. Like I said, hit or miss”
