The art studios and band rehearsal rooms vary in size and feature amenities like natural light, modern ventilation, a community lounge, and unique chalkboard walls. The facility is conveniently located near several neighborhoods. The staff is very accommodating, friendly, helpful, and prompt to reply. They are flexible to unique needs and run the best storage, which is clean, well-lit, and secure with great security. The office and storage facility are easy to access. While the cost seems a little high, the excellent service and amenities make it worthwhile. All types of artists are welcome, and it is a life-changing space for practicing craft.
