I have been at 412 Studios since 2014. I was the first artist in the building. It was life changing. A great vibe of creativity in the building with the artists and musicians. Wifi...and common spaces are great! Heat and AC are top notch..

Our art studios serve as a hub for local artists to practice their craft. Our art spaces vary in size from 100 sq. ft to 800 sq. ft and feature amenities such as natural light, modern ventilation systems, a community lounge, and unique chalkboard walls.
