“I can't say enough about the excellent service and support we received from Antonio Kordell at the Shorkey Toyota Service Center. My wife and I live in VA and were driving to Pittsburgh for a family reunion when we had problems with the windshield wipers on my Lexus RX 350. It was a Saturday and none of the Lexus dealerships in the area were open, so we called the Shorkey Toyota Service Center. They found a way to fit us into their schedule, promptly fixed our problem. Thanks to this we were able to get to the reunion in time to see all of relatives, including ones that we never get a chance to see again.
