I had an excellent experience at Carstar. The quality of work was outstanding - they completed everything professionally and thoroughly and 10 days earlier than an estimate time! Kelly and other staff are friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, they took the time to explain what they were doing along with sending automated messages to give me an update of my car. I would definitely recommend this shop to others and will be returning for future car service needs. Great job all around!

Absolutely thrilled with the experience that my husband and I had with CARSTAR Direct! The entire staff was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They had my vehicle repaired earlier than anticipated and did a phenomenal job. They went above and beyond and even cleaned my floors after the service was completed. Cannot recommend them enough!

Everyone is backed up everywhere I checked. I finally got my car over to CarStar Direct Repair , they were great my car looked like new. The paint matched it was in mint condition. I have to say they did a wonderful job vacuuming my car it was a mess and they did a great job and I plan to keep it that way. Much appreciated work and with communications as well. Everyone was super nice I honestly didn’t have an issue. CARSTAR took care of my Subaru Impreza sport . Thank you guys I definitely recommend their services. I will use Direct CarStar for any future body work. I was very impressed!!!!!!
