“Brought in an old Model 11 to be stripped and cleaned in preparation for refinishing. There were some issues but the young guys are nice and will work with you if there is a problem. They refunded a double charge and took $10 of their initial $50 charge. The double charge wound up being a fluke and never went through, gave them $50 back to even it up. Would be nice if the credit companies and banks wouldn't complicate matters.”
