How this place has 4.3 stars average is insane. They messed up me and my fiancés taxes so bad the other year. Their website and app is so flawed and terrible. I mean just all around a bad experience with very rude customer service. Find a small business or cpa like we did the last few years and save yourself the headaches.

DO NOT USE H+R BLOCK THIER AGENTS ARE TERRIBLE AND NOBODY IN THE COMPANY CAN ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS NO ADIVSE ON ONLINE INSTRUCTIONS AGENT NEVER CALLED ME BACK ON 2/20/24. ALL I GOT WAS CALL THE OFFICE WHICH IS A BUNCH OF PROMPTS LEADING YOU NOWHERE.DO NOT USE THEM TRUST ME.IT WAS NOT WORTH 219 DOLLARS TO PEPARE MY TAXES.
