Highly recommend this facility. Kayla helped quickly and efficiently when our moving rental truck cancelled last minute. We were able to secure a storage spot along with the free use of the truck for moving items in/out which saved us a ton of hassle. Would use again for sure!!

Jen from this location was an immense pleasure and ease to work with when I had to store my car for five months while away in Hawaii for a family emergency. Storage unit itself for the car was immaculate and temperature-controlled. My car was in perfect shape when I returned. Will definitely return for my car storage needs in the future and recommend to anyone!

What a wonderful facility and staff. Stopped in to get some prices and other information for a storage space during my move. Kayla was the one to get all the information I needed and the other ladies Jen and Merranda were also able to answer some questions I had. Very kind and polite. Clean facility. And great security system. Plus I was offered a free truck for my move in. Definitely recommend for anyone. They also informed me they have all kinds of other facilities including art/band rooms, offices spaces and parking inside and out. Can’t beat it. They also have a wonderful referral program so if you know anyone who needs any kind of storage stop down the Etna store. You won’t regret it. Thanks a lot ladies

Merranda and Jennifer were top-notch from the moment I arrived, and every and all times thereafter! I'll be using these guys for the winter months to store my bike each year. Being this is the first year with them, I will continue every year without hesitation.

Their facility is clean, safe, easy to access, and fairly priced.
I stored my motorcycle here in the winter months since my building's garage was open and had no access to power outlets. I was able to keep it in a warm garage with a battery tender for half the price as my apartment charged. The only reason I moved it out was because we bought a house with a garage.

Outstanding customer service and cleanliness. They helped make sure my check in and out was smooth. I used a truck twice (move in and move out) and although the move in was free I had to pay a small fee for move out for an hourly fee, though they only charged me a little less than what I actually used the truck for. The flatbed carts were super helpful for loading and wide hallways were fairly easy to navigate even with loads of boxes stacked up (12 medium u-haul boxes per trip was super easy). Highly recommend. We also were allowed to drop a PODS storage on site without any fee for 3 days for move out without any issues.

I store all my toys with them. Bikes, quads, my car. Climate control keeps the battery from dying haha. 24hr access is the bomb dot com. Great people
