I called Staci after realizing I made a mistake on a poster I ordered. Instead of making me do the entire order over again, she told me to email her the new copy, and then she responded and had it ready within an hour. She was kind, resourceful, and definitely left me with a great impression of Staples’s customer service.”

I called the Zeli post office and talked to Mike.He watched for a re-issue of the check and even sent it to us at our vacation address. “My wife called in concern of not receiving mail after almost two months of doing a stop of mail at the old address and change of address for the new one. The gentleman we spoke with was beyond proficient in his area of expertise and got to the bottom of it within minutes. He was super professional, understood every concern of ours, and took the best care I feel could be given and represented by the USPS. Highly satisfied with the customer service we received, I forget the gentleman's name but he's been there 30+ years and he is fantastic.”
