A huge shout out to an awesome employee at the Everett/Bedford store...Maxx! This employees knowledge is amazing! I was having trouble finding someone that was able or willing to transfer my pics due to a shattered screen that was 1/2 black. He went above and beyond and gave it a try..by memory he tapped a blacked out screen a couple times and less then 10 mins had everything transferring to my new phone! I now have my pics that I could have never replaced and my contact list that I thought was gone! I hope at&t really know how much of a valuable employee that they have! Again .. a million thanks and much appreciation go out to this great person!!! Maxx you truely are the best!!
