I was at the store on Wednesday and worked with Tyler. He did an amazing job and was very helpful to me. It took a few hours to get my old phone updated before it would transfer over to my new phone. He was so patient and did a great job. Everyone at this store is pleasant and kind and helpful with all questions. Thank you!!

We just left the Everett store and we will never be back. After being there last week we came home and just ordered a new phone. It was easier that way. We took it in tonight to have it activated. Tylar was very rude to us. He made a rude comment to my husband about being sarcastic when my husband was being serious. He kept rolling is eyes at us I’m assuming bc we’re old. He gave us the third degree about where the phone came from and how much we paid for it. I asked him if it mattered and he said yes bc he works on commission. He also told my husband if he could have read the instructions he could have done it at home. Sorry to bother you Tylar. It won’t happen again. It’s been a long time since a clerk has made me cry. I’m so angry at the treatment we just received.

Terrible, Terrible, and TERRIBLE! Very POOR customer service! They will add phone insurance without telling you. So be careful when dealing with this store!!!

I needed a new phone and Tylar was so helpful! We had some issues getting my pictures to transfer, but he pulled out all the stops and was very patient while we figured it out. Great service!

I called up looking for a specific phone and was told that the safe had to be open and it would be 10-15 minutes and I’d get a call back. Apparently 10/15 minutes turned in to weeks because I’m still waiting for my phone call.

I went there to get an iPad for my job and to upgrade my girlfriends phone, A very nice young man named Tylar helped us find something to fit our budget rather than marking us up for something we didn’t need. He was very patient with me asking him to give us a bunch of different quotes. My bussiness will continue there as long as people like him are at the store!

AT&T Bedford has the best employees.. They know the business and their products.. They answer all questions right away and always positive about it.. The store is always well kept, clean, and organized to find anything you need!!

This is my favorite AT&T store! The overall appearance of the store is clean and engaging. The staff is FANTASTIC and always going above and beyond to resolve any issues I may be having with my device or billing. Braxton, the manager, is wonderful to engage with and great with his direct reports. 10/10!
