“We had a little messy experience switching to Verizon but Meghan, the store manager here, has been absolutely amazing and is the sole reason we will still be staying with Verizon.
After we switched to Verizon we realized our plan got setup wrong and we ended up having extra phone lines and charges we weren’t supposed to have. Our first returning visit was with Jeremy and he was rude and unhelpful. We spent a long time in store with him and he did nothing but complain about his job, vape in our faces, and help us none. He actually added more problems to our bill! We left at the end of that day with our problem not being resolved and feeling like we may have made a mistake switching to Verizon. That was a 1 star experience at best.
Glad to say we decided to come back in another day when someone else was working and that someone ended up being Meghan who gave us an entirely different experience. She was very kind and she quickly got to addressing our problem while also helping other customers simultaneously (it got very busy). Despite the overwhelming amount of customers in store so close to closing Meghan stayed very calm and collected and made sure every customer was valued and was helped in a timely fashion. She stayed past hours with us to get our problem resolved. And she did get it fixed for us before we left!! 5 stars for this store manager and agent for Verizon!!”
