Very thankful for their prompt service. The employees are always very nice and professional from the ladies who answer the phone to the guys who deliver/exchange equipment. The equipment itself is not always up to par but it being used 24/7 that is to be expected at times.

I do not reccommend them since they became out of network with Tricare, the main insurance of military and veterans ,and did not make any effort to notify customers. Very un-American.
