“If you want to make sure you are on the road in a safe vehicle, take it here. They are a really great bunch of guys who seem to all work together and they do a fantastic job. The customer service is also great. Rick fits you in as fast as possible, and they thoroughly check what your concerns are. I took our vehicle to two…TWO… other local small mechanic shops and neither of them seemed to care what I was asking them to look at regarding noises I was hearing while driving. So we returned to Kost in Exeter, who previously did a brake job for us, and they listened to us, looked into the noise I was telling them about and it ended up being a serious issue that would have been really unsafe for me and my family. We have three small kids and I am so grateful for this place. It’s just a really nice local shop, super clean, each guy that I interacted with was nothing but respectful and pleasant to talk to. We have an old vehicle, but I know when it comes time to get something newer, we are taking it down to these guys to look it over before purchasing because they are that good and have earned my trust. They really want you safe on the road and that’s why we will keep going back. Thank you for keeping me and my family safe on the road.***Update***Returned to this location for a simple headlight change, I thought I'd be bothering someone because I didn't have an appointment and it was near lunchtime. The guys that were there were just as nice any other time I brought my vehicle there.This time "John" helped me out with the light and he couldn't have been nicer. It really is a shop where the guys in it are pleasant and respectful and they will help you out. I'll keep returning to this location because of the repeated good service I receive. Thanks!”
