“Excellent Place? I know I can't be the only one when I say that it's daunting when you think about the prices of tires. I got four Goodyear tires used of course in excellent condition for an amazing price needless to say I am very pleased and also the owners are very friendly quick and efficient. No longer do I have to stress out about shelling out hundreds of dollars for tires since I started going to Vincent Tire!!”

“Came in because first car had mystery issues, John ran tests and found out the source of the problem. Gave me sound advice so got a replacement vehicle, dealership messed up and sold me a vehicle under the guise that it was operational without covering/solving issues with the master cylinder. John and everybody at the shop were extremely helpful and transparent and helped me wage a case against the dealership with the information and pictures they provided of the issues. I HIGHLY recommend this shop. I’ve never had a better experience with an auto shop.”

“So I bought a new (to me) car last week. I expected problems with it but when the cold hit, it came sooner than I thought. My power steering return line was rusted out and spit everywhere. It was an emergency and I needed to get to school for a final.
Ryan is a great dude. Very knowledgeable and understanding about life happening on its own terms, not necessarily mine. He told me to bring the car in. He diagnosed the problem while I was at work, and he had it done in time for me to get to school later that day.
Also before I left, he did a full check up on my car and walked me around the car and showed me where my new purchase is going to need some work in the near future.
In short, my experience was as easy as possible. It was all around a hometown mechanic feel. Just some guys doing their job and trying to do the next right thing for the little guy that works everyday. Reasonable prices. Fast service. And every reason I need to come back.”

“I traveled to Wilkes Barre from roughly 70 miles away for a VA surgery, my check engine light came on (and my wife was concerned) so I had to get it checked out. Called this garage spoke with Dave, he saw me that morning and checked the code, looked it over and said I’d be good to get it home, which I was, and he didn’t even charge me to check and clear the code.
That’s good business. If I have any issues in the area again they just earned my business.”

“These guys are awesome! I was on my way from Maine to S. Carolina when my car's computer started throwing codes out. Local dealership wouldn't even put a code scanner on it! Probably because I didn't buy the car from them. When I told Ryan about my problem, he put the code scanner on it and found the problem immediately. “The Manager, I cannot remember his name right now, was absolutely amazing. I came in with a flat tire on Saturday and they were so busy and so short staffed that he could not help me out that day. He genuinely felt terrible that he could not help out. He was kind enough to let me leave my car in the parking lot until my husband could get there the next day. Upon arriving the next day, we were approached by him and told that he absolutely could take us in and patch out tire for us, which is what we wanted because our tires are under warranty. From start to finish, it was about1 hour and we were on our way home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. We also had a lot of laughs with the staff. It was just an overall great experience.”
