This place is a garbage heap. Had me bring a car months ago just to let it sit there the entire time. They did absolutely nothing to find or fix the problem, fought not to accept the warranty, and charged a "diagnostic" fee dispite never touching the vehicle. They had the car for nearly 6 months, we decided we would take the car to another Ford dealer. Now the brand new battery I put in it is dead and this garbage heap charged us $250 to get the car back that was in worse condition than when we dropped it off. I wish I could give this place 0 stars and this is definitely not resolved yet.

Little old ladies BEWARE they will take advantage of you. They charged a 72 year old $245 to tell him the transmission is no good and the vehicle barely drove in. You can call 570-829-9896 to verify this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. BEWARE!

We had a great experience buying our vehicle from Barber Ford. Kathy-Jo was extremely helpful in making the process quick and easy. The vehicle was a great price and even came with a 6 month/6,000 mile warranty! We were very impressed when we saw the vehicle in person. Thanks so much!

very easy buying there. service dept sucks. bunch of amateurs in the shop. my 3 year old could do better work. Said one thing and did another. Never going to deal with this mickey mouse cracker jack shop again. Worst i have ever seen. Back yard body shop.

Who says buying a car is stressful? Melinda Christison, our knowledgeable, professional salesperson guided us through our SUV purchase with ease. Melinda patiently answered all our questions, explained various financing options and thoroughly walked us through all the cars features including setting us up on the Ford Pass App. This is our second Expedition purchase from Barber Ford in two years. We return because their staff treats us like family.

Great customer service! Helpful consultant. I asked them to verify that the alignment was correct. Had a full service on the truck and will go back to them as long as I own the vehicle.

By far the worst service department in the Wyoming valley, I was told they recently got a new service manager (Greg) but that's no excuse, he is completely unqualified for the job. 5 weeks my truck has been in their service department for warranty work and 10 different times I have been told 10 different dates on which my truck would be finished, all of which have come and gone. Not to mention they never call with updates I am always the one to call and see where my truck is and how the repair is going. They have now swapped me out with three different loaner vehicles which keep getting progressively worse. I will never be returning to barber ford of Exeter for sales or service and I suggest you (the reader) do the same. Look elsewhere such as coccia or ken pollock. Update: The day I picked up my truck it was filled with gas and detailed (which I believe is only because I had the owner involved). When I got the truck home I realized that the easiest repair I had requested was not done, went to another dealership and they had it fixed in 5 minutes.

I have a 2015 ford explorer. We baby this car. It has about 23k miles on it, bought it new. When getting off the highway after a trip to Philadelphia (4hr drive) we got a "steering assist failure". Shut off car called dealer. Spoke with Marty. I asked his suggestions. He said he could get me in Thursday 8.24.17 but if I felt unsafe I could drop and he could try to expedite.(I should mention I didn't buy the car from Barber Ford.). When we started the car back up, we had no steering at all. We went home to grab my truck and then go to dealer to drop the Explorer. It needed a tire rotation and oil change also. I called on Wednesday 8.23.17 They said they would call back, they didn't but this place is crazy busy. I called the morning of 8.24.17. They said they are waiting on a whole new rack. I was shocked but it is what it is. The bigger shock is when Marty called me in the afternoon to tell me it was ready! I was wowed! He was able to get it in faster than he thought and his tech got the job done, QUICKLY! Very grateful and pleasantly surprised. I've dealt with other service guys(not at this dealership) that are complete jackarses. Keep up the good work Barber Ford.
