This was my first time bidding at on online auction and wasn't sure what to expect. The signing up process was easy, actually the entire process was a piece of cake. ( I'm not very tech savvy) I don't use credit or debit cards but was able to pay cash at the time I picked it up. The gentleman helped me load my items and secure them. The quality of the items was exactly as presented at the time of auction. I couldn't be happier and will continue to do business with them.

Definitely a great auction house. For Christmas, they collect money from November til the last auction in December (this coming Friday the 14th this year). Then at that last auction they "auction off" a Christmas tree and they split all the money 50/50 between CEO and Toys for Tots. The tree is actually snuck to a house for a family who would otherwise not have a tree. Jim and Linda match the first $1,000 collected and bid. They also contribute $50 in memory of each member of their "auction family" that died during the year, instead of sending flowers. The rest is then collected that night from those who stay to "bid". This is an amazing night to witness. It is the Magic of Christmas at work through Jim and Linda. Last year at the end of the night they had collected around $10,000 that was then split between CEO and Toys for Tots. They cut the checks right there and give them to the representatives from the two organizations that are there. Jim and Linda keep none of that money. It all goes to those two organizations. They are truly Christmas Angels.
