Order was processed quickly and was at a very good price. Free shipping to the local shop was a bonus. Tracking was confusing as the date changed 4 times. But the part came fairly quickly.

Ordered product through Hypertech.com, the website stated a 2 week process time. Waited the 2 weeks and I never was given a update. I waited 1 more week, so 3 weeks total before submitting an email. Emailed company 4 times. Found out shipping is through Parts Via after finally receiving a response from Parts Via. Not a problem because most companies have 2nd party shippers. But, the response that I received was that my order was held up in their system so they canceled my order for some reason. The response email also stated that they never charged my account or credit card and to place my order again. The problem is that Parts Via charged my credit card 3 weeks ago on the day after I placed my order on the Hypertech.com. Both companies have been giving me the run around. This has been a borderline fraudulent experience. If Parts Via fails to refund or send me the product I ordered (new, not used. I've read the other reviews) in 24 hours I will be forced to file a fraudulent claim with my credit card company, then contact the better business bureau to file a formal complaint, and I will contact Parts Via's local District Attorney's Office notify them of their practices.

RE: ORDER#3661ORDERED brand new Norcold RV 12amp refrigerator. Ordered and delivered. Had RV service team install, didn't work. Called, called, called for 1 week, emailed.... got no response. I'm so very frustrated and feel we were just cheated out of $4500.

I made a purchase from PartsVia. The order shipped, but because it was going to a different address, I wanted to contact the company to get some additional information. I was unable to get in contact with the company via telephone or email - despite leaving multiple messages during business hours and sending multiple emails. I got in touch with a place that referred me to another company that occupies the same space as PartsVia, and tried to call that company. No one answered. I was also told via UPS that my part required a signature, and only the seller could reroute delivery. Since I was unable to get in contact with the company, I told UPS I was refusing delivery and to send the purchase back. I put in a fraud claim with my credit card company. I did not receive the product, was unable to cancel the order, and unable to get in touch with anyone in this company. I was concerned what would happen if I got the wrong product and be unable to get in touch with the company to return it, which was a very real possibility. I will never use this company going forward.Update: The company did refund my money. After I posted my review, they did get in contact with me and apologized and the refund went through right away, which I was happy about.

I originally received an email indicating the order had been delivered when it hadn't which was alarming. I couldn't reach anyone by phone. When I did get a hold of someone they were curt and unapologetic.One half of the product arrived in a damaged box with no word about the second half of the product. I am currently seeking a full refund. I can't imagine purchasing anything from them again.

I placed an order with hellwig, and it said the lead time would be 12 weeks and its gone beyond that, I have emailed and called 5 times and am yet to speak to anyone or receive a response to my email. I just want a refund, this is ridiculous.

Placed an order on fab fours using PartsVia. No one has responded to my emails or phone calls. Can someone please advice how I get in touch with this company. I’m not purchasing from them ever againUpdate: Spoke with a rep from the company. They advised order was canceled. I’m waiting on the refund. I will provide and update upon receipt of refund.

I placed an order on amazon through Parts Via for some side steps for my dads truck, when they arrived my dad realized that there was no mounting hardware. So I messaged the seller (partsVia) through amazon but wasn't sure they would see the message so I looked them up on google and decided to call them. From there I didn't have to sit on hold for to long before a guy named Justin answered and with my provided order number from amazon he was able to pull my order and we were to sort everything out in less than 15 mins, now I have some mounting hardware on the way to me. Thank you Justin for your help.

Placed an order online and the status shows complete, no tracking information and nothing has been received. 10 days later and can't get anyone to respond to an email and it's impossible to get anyone on the phone.
