Rudest towing company I ever dealt with . Made me super depressed after the talk with the owners . They freaked out on me the whole time , I felt bullied out of my car . Couldn't get inside my car to even get my things . Seem pretty racist .... I rather deal with McCann and Chester .

We’ve been bringing our cars here for years. From basic maintenance to full brake jobs. They’re now doing a full restoration on a classic car for us. They’re professional, fair, and competent. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Im happy I found this place. Great staff, They were upfront and went beyond my expectations. When I had many shops turn my corvette down they were on it. Fair pricing for the work being done. My car runs great. I feel like they didn't cut corners where other shops I went to did. Thank you again for the quality work and looking out for my safety. I WILL be returning for future service.

Just a quick shout out to Keith and Anthony from Steel City Collision and Automotive. These guys are amazing! I had some work done and not only did they do a fantastic job but saved me my deductible and treated me great because I’m a veteran. Keith is on here always posting positive messages and jokes which was the only reason I sought them out???♂️. So glad I did and they are just as friendly and positive in real life! Keith is also installing a break controller in a couple of days for me and I’m actually looking forward to going back to the mechanics ?? Thanks for everything!Services: General repairs & maintenance

I work in customer service and how this shop handles there’s is not even deserving of 1 Star. Nobody likes to be lied to then given excuse after excuse why things weren’t done in the time promised. I don’t want to hear excuses I want results and I want compensated for time and money lost.
