I purchased a 2014 Nissan Xterra from Thatcher Auto Sales that I couldn't be more happy with. Bob and Dale are good guys and this was the easiest auto purchase I have ever made. Bob even met me half way to drop off the Xterra since I live five hours from them. Whenever I am looking for a new vehicle, I'm going to reach out to them first to see what they can do and you should also.

I highly recommend, Thatcher Auto Sales and Bob's sincere compassion for his customer's happiness and satisfaction. You can really feel his passion in what he does and he truly goes above and beyond! I was looking for a good used car, for my son. I found it here! But more than that, I couldn't believe the honesty, willingness to work with me and how smoothly the whole transaction went. I will be back for every future car I buy! Please, if you are looking, make them your first stop, you will be glad you did!!

I do not live in or near Pennsylvania, so purchasing a vehicle out of state was a completely new experience for me. I was expecting it to be stressful, but Bob (the owner) at Thatcher Auto Sales totally did everything he could to help me purchase my dream vehicle.
Since I couldn't be there to inspect the vehicle in person, I requested to do a video tour, which Bob was eager to do. He showed me the interior, exterior, and mechanics of the vehicle through video call. He also answered my long list of questions with clarity and detail. He was transparent about the vehicle and its condition.
During the purchasing process, Bob was communicative and responsive through text and call – something I greatly appreciate!
When I flew in to get the vehicle, he picked me up from the airport and saved me an Uber trip – talk about great customer service!
What really stood out to me about the entire experience with Bob was his genuine care. Not once was he the stereotypical pushy salesman. And he even cared to occasionally check in on me when I drove the vehicle back to my home state, which took a few days to do. A typical salesperson wouldn't care about their customer after they've already made the sale, but Bob did!
I highly recommend anyone – local to Pennsylvania or not – to purchase their vehicle from Thatcher Auto Sales.

I purchased this cargo van from Thatcher auto And it was the easiest experience that I have ever had buying a vehicle. The customer service was top-notch and the guys were super friendly. I highly recommend doing business with them and I will look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

I just purchased a 2021 Wrangler from Bob, and the entire experience was seamless. He truly cares about his customers and what he offers for sale. The communication was excellent, and there was absolutely no pressure to buy, and he was very helpful though the buying process. I would recommend Thatcher Auto Sales to anyone!! The Jeep was spotless and indoor since the weather was not so good that day.

Great place to buy a car. Family run business that is fair and accommodating, and no hard sells. Very personable group of people. They have a nice varied selection and give good information on the vehicles they are selling, good prices on those vehicles, and good prices on trade-ins. They make car buying enjoyable!

This was only the second car I've bought in my life (and the first used car) so I wasn't familiar with the process. Thankfully it went about as perfectly as I could have hoped and I can highly recommend Thatcher Auto Sales. And BTW-- the car is great :)

I picked up an i3 from Bob at a great price! But just as equally great was the SERVICE. Bob was super easy to work with, communicated very well, and made me very comfortable. Mind you I am over an hour from the dealership and didn't see the car until it was actually in my driveway. Everything was easy and well thought out. You bet I'd buy from him again.
