Received a jump from a tow service, thinking my starter had died. Tow serviceman said it was just a battery and to keep the car running and get a replacement. Went to advanced auto parts which is right across the street from me. The gentleman who assisted me was extremely nice, was able to identify the appropriate battery immediately and installed it in less than fifteen minutes. Such a relief after thinking I was going to be without my car for at least a week.

I was in today to recycle some oil. 2nd time in 3 weeks as last time tank was full. Same issue today but the way the 2 reps handled it was awesome. They redirected me to store on RT100, that was on my way and actually called that store ahead of time!Awesome customer service.Turned a negative into a positive!

Only 2 people in the store. Stood there for 30 minutes to buy windshield washer fluid. Left items on the counter & walked out. Never again.

I've been coming to the Eagleview Blvd location since it opened. I've gone here 3 times over the past 2 months and the current crew they have must put effort into making you feel unwelcome. I'm not expecting red carpet treatment here, but you should reciprocate verbally when greeted by a customer. Blank stare or the look you up and down then turn away quickly is how they do things here at Advance these days. Then the disappearing act comes when you are ready to get checked out. 3 strikes you are out Advance. Amazon it is now. I hope Mr. Bezos sends y'all a thank you card.

This place is terrible The sign says they open at 7:30 nobody's answering the door or the phone well after 11:00 I see people in the back coming in and out of the back door nobody's working I have parts to return for Coors and they won't answer the door and see them in there worst advanced Auto ever

Chase, Caleb and Ephriam went above and beyond for us today, helping us rescue a cap we had dropped onto the exhaust manifold while putting in power steering fluid. What great guys - so eager to help! Great store!

My battery died due to the cold. AAA came out to charge it and said it was done and needed to be replaced. They said if the car turned off I wouldn’t be able to turn it back on. I called advanced auto because that is where I bought the battery and at first they couldn’t find me in the system. Tim the manager got on the line and found me in the system. I was worried about driving there in case I stalled but he said once I got there I could stay in the car and he would come out to me and replace the battery. It was such amazing service !!! Tim is an awesome manager. He totally cared and did everything necessary to help me. My battery was not that old so it was fully covered under warranty. Tim made sure that all of my info was updated and correct in the system so that I would not have any issues going forward. I am truly grateful to Tim and his care and outstanding customer service. What started out to be really stressful ended up being a great experience. Thank you Tim ?

I was visiting philly from Ohio and my check engine light came on figured it was an ignition coil purchased one online from Advance picked it up but I didn't have any tools on me I asked Chase and he was glad to help me. Loaned me the tools I needed to get the repair done so I could be on my way home. Thanks Chase!

Honestly, the service was a 10/10! The guy who was helping me was super helpful with showing me all the differences in brands and prices for the part. When we realized we didn't have the part I wanted he also tried to help me find a good and affordable alternative. It didn't come off as him just trying to make a sale, but he was genuinely helpful!

Why would an auto parts store not carry a siphon for gasoline? Not out of stock. I was told they didn't carry that.

Needed some minor parts and was helped by Brad, who spared me the hassle of looking up bulb numbers and just did it on the computer. He grabbed the parts, marked them front/back so I would know what went where when I got home. Wonderful service!
