“My wife and I have lived here at Exton Crossing for 24 years, so that alone should tell you how we feel about this community. It's beautiful, convenient, quiet, family and pet friendly. When it comes to the staff, I think they're all outstanding. Chris does an amazing job at maintenance, and I never have to wait long for any service I might need. I truly believe he can fix anything. The office personnel are top notch. Nicolette, Katey, Kelly and Rev go out of their way to make you feel welcomed here. From the moment you step into the office, visit an apartment, do the necessary paperwork and receive your key, they are there answering all your questions while helping you through the process and beyond. Speaking about going above and beyond their duties, the office personnel also keep the office area, fitness center and pool area clean and organized for our enjoyment. I also saw on my morning walk, Nicolette and Rev cleaning behind the dumpsters with rakes and shovels. Wow, I don't think that is in their job description. What property manager do you know does that! Thanks Nicolette and leasing personnel for all you do. Living and working in Philadelphia most of my life, this community is a breath of fresh air, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to live in a safe and clean environment.”

“Love the apartments! We've been here for a few months now and I just had to leave a review. The staff take really good care of getting the neighbors together and creating fun events that are including of everyone! One of my favorite people from the staff who I just had to mention was Kevin! Kevin has come help us out a before with our maintenance requests, but most recently he impressed us more than ever. No job big or small is a problem for him. Not only does he fix it, but he will even go out of his way and explain what he did and how he did it. Besides being incredible in his craft, hes incredible with pets!”

“By far one of the best and cleanest apartments complexes in Chester County. The management is absolutely on top of everything, if its broke it will be fix that day unless parts need ordering. I absolutely loved my time living at Strasburg Court. It was quite it was peaceful and most of all it was reasonable. I wish I could give more stars because this place truly makes you feel at home. If you are looking for a place to live this is definitely a great place. The management cares for the tenants like there family. And that to me is everything.”

“I wanted everyone to know how great it is to live in a place like Highview Gardens in Spring City, PA. It all starts with the Kristie in the office. She runs this place like a superstar. She is kind, very friendly, and gets everything done with ease. If she ever had a bad day you would never know it. I have lived here for over forty years. We have the best maintenance staff here now. Before they would come and go. They are the nicest, well mannered individuals you have ever seen. The manager of the maintenance staff is so knowledgeable.and nice. The maintenance guys clean up after they finish doing their jobs fixing things. They even take their trash with them. I can't forget about everyone's account manager. You can call her any time and leave a message. She will call you back! Then if you have a complant,she will handle the problem.”
