“Took our Kirby G4 in yesterday because suction was low through the hose. The technician checked out the machine and determined that there was a clog in the hose. He cleared the clog and checked to make sure the suction was back to normal before sending away a very satisfied customer (all at no charge). Excellent customer service!”

“Interestingly enough that this appliance store is as competitive today as they were 24 years ago when I first bought from them when remodeling my kitchen. Still great deals and a friendly knowledgeable staff.?”

“Decided NOT to jump on Amazon and order another vacuum. I drove to Brenda’s and I am THRILLED I did!! Not only did She take the time to go over different options, she asked tons of questions to make sure I was getting my best vacuum for my home!! Never thought I was say I LOVE my vacuum. But I love my vacuum. Customer service above and beyond. Store stands behind its products”

“We had a very good experience with Angela at Queen Appliance. We ordered a large built-in refrigerator that we were aware had a long backorder time. It came in when expected and the delivery team was fantastic, friendly and professional. It took four men to deliver this refrigerator. In addition, Raymond Fithian Installations did a fantastic job and was very professional and talented, with a difficult install of a 48" built in refrigerator.Unfortunately, we personally made a mistake when choosing our refrigerator (personal preference, nothing wrong with the beautiful refrigerator). It was quickly arranged to return this refrigerator and have a different one installed. Yes, there was a re-stocking fee, but that was to be expected. It was solely our mistake.Thank you to Queen Appliance for the helpful service and professional delivery/install team.”

“We have been using McConnell's for years. They have always been polite and receptive. You are buying a used appliance for a reasonable price. Every appliance we have bought from them has worked perfectly.”

“After making a few calls, Johnstone had the part I needed, sold it to me as a regular homeowner, not a contractor, and my furnace was back up and running quickly! Had initially called a different store in the chain that didn't have the part, but they gave me the address for the Downingtown location and put in an order to have the part set aside for me.”

“I shopped here for a DIY project. This is on Lancaster Ave on the malvern/Frazer side. The parking is dedicated for this store. The staff is very friendly and assisted me in getting some materials that are needed for the project. They have a wide range of items of wood and the selection is robust and mrt my needs. Overall, it was a quick visit, but I got what I needed.”

“I had a terrible experience at the Lowe's near by and made a bee-line here. I am an art teacher and once a year I go to Lowe's (well, not anymore) to have some wooden planks cut down to use for sculpture bases. Yesterday I tried the Lowe's in Pottstown, but their wood cutting was out of order. Today I went to Lowe's in Downingtown. I selected my planks and asked for assistance. The two people in the department were busy and asked me to wait until they were free. No problem. I waited 15 minutes for them to be free. When the employee met me at the cutter, he asked what I needed done. I had 4 10' planks that I needed cut into 12" pieces. It would take about 5 minutes to do. He told me he didn't have time to do it. He said if he did have time, he would have to charge me for the cutting (I already knew that because there was a sign saying so) I said I didn't mind paying for the cutting, but he refused to do it because he "didn't have enough time." There is a Home Depot just down the road. I went straight there. They were friendly and accommodating. They cut down the wood and it took 5 minutes. They did not charge me for the cutting and helped me load up my cart. It was a world of difference and the reason I will no longer shop at Lowe's. Thank you, Home Depot.”

“Marissa in kitchen design was fantastic to work with. She patiently helped my wife and I threw the process of designing a new kitchen and we commented to each other and how lucky we were to have gone to the Fraser Home Depot. She really knew her stuff.”
