“The best thing they have going for them is that they're not Lowe's. The customer service people at Lowe's are very very rude. However, the customer service of people at home Depot seemed to be non-existent. But when compared to very very rude I'll take it. I'd rather not be talked down to due to not being talked to at all.”
“Spoke with Ed very friendly man. Explain my old washer wasn't working. He said he had to check what he had for what I was looking for. Picked a washer up today and like all men had to use it or play with it when I had it hooked up. Completely satisfied with the company and Ed. I did speak with his father and will be coming back when I need any other appliances.”

“This was my first time at Trible's, and it is a great store. I went in for a thermal fuse and a whole bunch of questions. I did get what I needed, but Hugh did answer my questions with ease and explained to me what I would need if the fuse didn't work or if it went bad again soon. I am glad I found this store and I will be going back there if I need parts to fix an appliance”
“I walked in to the Concord mall Best Buy today with the intentions of canceling my Verizon plan due to their poor customer service. Luckily For Verizon, I met their representative Elijah Donald. Elijah is the standard for professionalism that Verizon( and bestbuy) needs. Not only did he help me with my issues and concerns. He was able to hook me up with an insurance plan and a new phone that was greatly needed. Best Buy has an All-Star working there and it’s definitely him.”

“Called to rent a truck on Sunday morning . Wes answered all our questions and confirmed he had truck available. Asked for my first name. We got there within an hour. No formal reservation. Truck was in great condition - had ~8000 miles We got a box truck to 12 feet. Had lights inside the back, a ramp, and back up camera. It comes with a hand cart. Other companies don't include hand cart. Other companies charge mileage above flat fee. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Thank you! Plus Home Depot rents other equipment.”
“Bought a GE fridge which we attempted to purchase (and sent back) with another company, and Cameron had us in and out in 20 minutes while still being very thorough, which made us feel confident about our purchase. A WAY better experience than we had with Costco. Will be back for more appliances.”
“I had a terrible experience at the Lowe's near by and made a bee-line here. I am an art teacher and once a year I go to Lowe's (well, not anymore) to have some wooden planks cut down to use for sculpture bases. Yesterday I tried the Lowe's in Pottstown, but their wood cutting was out of order. Today I went to Lowe's in Downingtown. I selected my planks and asked for assistance. The two people in the department were busy and asked me to wait until they were free. No problem. I waited 15 minutes for them to be free. When the employee met me at the cutter, he asked what I needed done. I had 4 10' planks that I needed cut into 12" pieces. It would take about 5 minutes to do. He told me he didn't have time to do it. He said if he did have time, he would have to charge me for the cutting (I already knew that because there was a sign saying so) I said I didn't mind paying for the cutting, but he refused to do it because he "didn't have enough time." There is a Home Depot just down the road. I went straight there. They were friendly and accommodating. They cut down the wood and it took 5 minutes. They did not charge me for the cutting and helped me load up my cart. It was a world of difference and the reason I will no longer shop at Lowe's. Thank you, Home Depot.”
“Marissa in kitchen design was fantastic to work with. She patiently helped my wife and I threw the process of designing a new kitchen and we commented to each other and how lucky we were to have gone to the Fraser Home Depot. She really knew her stuff.”
“I shopped here for a DIY project. This is on Lancaster Ave on the malvern/Frazer side. The parking is dedicated for this store. The staff is very friendly and assisted me in getting some materials that are needed for the project. They have a wide range of items of wood and the selection is robust and mrt my needs. Overall, it was a quick visit, but I got what I needed.”
