Nice and quiet. Big assortment, cramped place, and that's about it. Cut and dry

This grocery has most of the essential items one needs. Prices are reasonable & produce are fresh. It closes on Tuesdays but it did not indicate this.

I love this store! There is always something new to try. The produce and meat are always fresh. The roast pork is fantastic. Get it when you see it because it sells out fast. So do the baked goods. A great selection of frozen appetizers and dumplings. Many types of tea. A wide range of sauces and condiments. The noodle and rice aisle is amazing. The store is small but well stocked. The prices are great. The employees are very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. Once you visit this store you will keep coming back.

Nice little Asian shop to get your Asian grocery needs that you might not find in the other American grocery stores. Depending who's behind the counter the English might not be too good. Their Peking roast duck is yummy but might sell out quick.

Large variety of Asian foods and spices. There are no prices marked on most things. So, you don't know how much you have to pay until you check out. We bought some ice cream and when we opened it, it was clear that it had melted and refrozen.

They have variety of asian food products you would need. Place is a little small and congested so an aisle would only fit a costumer at a time.

Give the score one because the extremely rude casher and the average-quality goods for a small store.I have shopped in this store for almost three years. Starting from the beginning of 2021, the female casher, I believe she is the owner, started to give some customers used packaging boxes to bag their goods. She does have a lot of plastic bags on the counter for most people. I don’t know how she picks which customer to give the boxes. I told her three or four times I didn’t like the boxes. I said the boxes are so difficulty to carry when I had other bags from other stores, and they became large volume trash that fill up my trash can. She tried to give me boxes every time I went to her store. Sometimes I brought my own bags. Sometimes when I didn’t have my own bags, I insisted to use plastic bags. At those times, she always had some words, such as “the bags won’t be free anymore, the plastic bags won’t be allowed to use starting at July, 2021….” I think she may have wanted to cut some costs as a small store owner, but I believe her choice of insisting giving customers unwanted packaging boxes is not appropriate. For this reason, I started to shop at another nearby Chinese grocery store most of time.On 12/4/2021 around 11:20am, I went to this store because I was shopping nearby. The women stared to give me box again. I said I didn’t want to use the box and I asked her why she always gave me boxes when she still provided plastic bags to most people. After a few sentences, she got mad. She called a worker a few times to come to the front to talk to me, in roars literally. The worker didn’t come so she went to back to get him. On the way to get the worker, she yelled “get out” to me. I was astonished and asked why she started to say bad words. She said “yes, I did” and said “get out” to me again. After that, she started to use dirty words like” Fxxx, Mxxxx”. I started to get angry and started to use strong words to defend myself. She smashed my paid chips bag on the counter. I indicated the chips was already my thing and she had no right to do it. She screamed “I just smashed it. Give you a new one. You are on the blacklist. You are banned from this store.”I barely write reviews on internet. However, the experience at the Asian Grocery at Exton is extremely painful to me. I feel hurt and my heart is still pounding fast when I am writing this review. I have lived in different states and shopped in so many grocery stores. This big woman is one of a kind.I regret I didn’t call the police and get the surveillance tape if there was one. Then I may contact BBB or an attorney to file a complaint. Thanks for everyone who finished the reading. Wish you have all good shopping experience!cw
