Attention everyone,
I wish I could give 0 stars. I'm compelled to caution you against choosing this particular AT&T store. The level of customer care is appalling, with a complete lack of accountability and responsibility for addressing customer needs. The staff's behavior is nothing short of cruel and unethical, complicating even the simplest tasks and ruining countless days.
As a four-year AT&T customer, I've never encountered such incompetence. Normally, the staff is quick, responsive, and provides clear instructions for resolving issues. However, my recent interaction with store manager Shannon and Trevor was a nightmare and Shannon is outright racist.
Their mishandling of my account creates numerous problems that make it nearly impossible to communicate with customer care and resolve issues. It seems deliberate, as if they intentionally create issues to make customers suffer. Despite being promised promotional offers for transferring lines, the transition is riddled with errors. Lines are mistakenly categorized as business accounts, resulting in overcharges and complications with porting numbers.
Even more frustrating is the manager's absence during our visits to resolve issues. Sales representatives are unable to assist with phone upgrades due to system locks, and the manager is never available to clear the hold. This lack of accountability and support is incredibly disappointing.
It takes multiple visits and the intervention of a temporary representative to finally find resolution at the corporate store in King of Prussia. The entire experience still feels like a nightmare, with false plans, account mess-ups, and overcharges causing significant inconvenience and wasted time.
The numbers are never ported until we sit down with the customer care agents, the temporary numbers and the original numbers are double charged, and again we are made to sit on the CC agent call. Every time we visit the store and no one is present to answer us, the manager is never in the store. It's a ridiculous experience to an extent I feel it is callous of the manager.
The fact that one of my lines is incorrectly set up with 1GB data while the rest are supposed to be unlimited to give us a good lower-priced deal just to make a sale that day is just one example of the incompetence displayed by this store. Thankfully, the AT&T store in King of Prussia is instrumental in resolving the mess created by this branch.
On top of everything, they converted our family account, which my father and I set up, into a business account as part of their sales strategy. This means we're forced to endure inconvenience because no other store can access the account. I've never had issues with AT&T before, and I encouraged my family to switch to their service. However, the incompetence and lack of professionalism at this store have left me deeply disappointed. I truly appreciate the efforts of the King of Prussia store in rectifying someone else's mistakes.
I request the seniors intervention resolve my issue as it is getting on my nerves and disturbing me mentally. I’m wasting my precious precious time again and again for the most simplest things on the account.

My iPhone screen protector got a chip and then cracked. I stopped in at the store and TREY was very helpful. He cleaned my phone and replaced my screen protector within 10-15 minutes under the lifetime warranty. I've been an Apple product user with ATT and have never had any issues. Thank You again to TREY for handling my situation promptly.

The store that we went to only had one employee helping customers. Even though there were multiple people waiting, they stayed calm and polite. The employee made the unbearable bearable with a kind smile and a great laugh towards all the customers. Waiting is never an issue when the atmosphere is that pleasant. Maurice Jones is the AT&T rep I see because he is so friendly , always has a smile on his face and is very professional. He also seems like he loves his job. I literally only go to that AT&T that he works at. He always has the correct answers to solve my problem when I do have one & always helps me in a timely matter. Thank you Maurice for always helping me out when needed. He’s the best!!!

We went to this store to move to a business account after my husband started a business. It was a multiday event to make this happen and my husband spent several hours with the associate in Exton over a couple days to to try to make this seemingly simple switch. It was a very frustrating process.Less than two months later I went to the Malvern store and myself and the associate were walking through the business account and the associated lines. It turns out there was a line on the account, tied to a number in California that was being charged monthly for both the line and an additional charge for insurance. There was no data being used on this line, but it was just a line that was put on the account to charge the account more every month. The associate in Malvern was very confused why Exton had added this line and put insurance on it, with no phone tied to it or any association to the business.I called AT&T Corporate and they immediately deleted the line and refunded us for the last two months. The associate from Corporate had told me that sometimes retail stores try to upcharge customers to inflate their sales and this seems to be an example of that. I can't say if it was malicious or just incompetence on behalf of the Exton store, but either way we will not return to this store because they've lost our trust. I'm glad AT&T Corporate was able to handle this situation swiftly and appropriately.
