surprisingly fast i went in with questions about a past account and was taken cared of. Avian steered me in the right decision and i left with some good information im going to bring to my wife. We might go back from T-mobile seems like the better deal with our TV. but anyways cant thank the staff enough for being respectful and compassionate with me.

I purchased a 5 g hot spot here and they told me it would work everywhere. It didn't work at my house I purchased so I took the hot spot back. They said 15 days is up and Iam stuck with the device. I took the device back but they said it's mine.They lie just to sell stuff.Its been a nightmare to try to take care of the bill.Dont go here .They don't care

Brandon, the manager of the AT&T store in Exton Square Mall is a credit to AT&T. He helped me switch my account over from my late husband’s name to my name, upgrade my phone and switch to a new plan that would save me money each month. It was my husband who usually dealt with the techies so I needed someone with patience who would watch my back. That was Brandon. In fact, everyone in that store that I had dealings with were extremely polite and helpful. Highly recommend.

I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with AT&T. I was promised a specific monthly rate when I signed up, only to be charged significantly more—an example of blatant false advertising. Not only was I misled about the cost, but I was also locked into a contract under these deceptive terms. My bills have been padded with unexplained charges, a clear case of cramming, and every attempt to resolve these issues through customer service has been met with hours of hold time and no resolution. On top of the billing problems, the service itself has been subpar: frequent dropped calls, poor internet speeds, and noticeable throttling—even though I’m paying for unlimited data. This experience has been frustrating, misleading, and far from what was promised. it was made clear that all they care about is what they make on commission. the people in this store are incompetent and the manager Tyler has a attitude when we pay in the end

I e been paying for (2) lines for over 4 months. Also AT&T changed the terms of my contract from $10.99 for phone to $25.00. I’m not very happy.
I’ve had AT&T before. Never experienced the issues I’m having now.

Today, Sunday, July 7, 2024 I requested help from Moses Lira for a number of issues for my Google phone. He went abve and beyond to assist me to the fullest with all my questions. Moses is extremely kind and helpful. He made my day. It was a pleasure to meet him.

Tyler was great, helped my wife and I order exactly the new devices we wanted, save a ton of money with promotions and discounts he noticed we were eligible for, and trade in our old ones for full credit. Our new devices arrived at our home by UPS within 24 hours. The other employees even had some toys and helped occupy our kids when we had them with us the first time.
