Tyler was great, helped my wife and I order exactly the new devices we wanted, save a ton of money with promotions and discounts he noticed we were eligible for, and trade in our old ones for full credit. Our new devices arrived at our home by UPS within 24 hours. The other employees even had some toys and helped occupy our kids when we had them with us the first time.

Mistakes were made by the salesman and did not hear what you wanted. Gave us wrong size watches and will not own up to their mistake. The manager needs to be fired for not training better.

Went into store to upgrade phone for my son. The assistant manager told us that accessories for the month of July are free it was a July promotion. I told him wow that needs to be advertised. The next day I received my copy of transaction from the day before and it showed a charge of $104 on it for the accessories. I called the manger on Monday and told him what happened and the manger was very rude. Asked me what I wanted him to bring the items back? I told him no we are already using them. It was false information. He told me he needed to talk to the assistant manger on duty that day and he is in training all week til Friday. He told me he would try and call him and tell me what the assistant manger told him. We have been customers for many years. Never had a real problem til now. I would like to have camera pulled and if there is sound to listen to to prove what we were told. I am very disappointed in the respect from the manager and the miscommunication with the assistant manager. If this is not resolved I will take it to higher person at Att

Brandon and Anthony are amazing! They helped me with a quick repair of my cracked screen. I use my phone to set up nature photos and it was important to have a clear screen. I was on a quick break from work and the turn around time was measured in seconds!

We were having an issue with a payment arrangement that we made with a customer service rep via phone and we needed to come into the store. Pablo took care of us as soon as we entered the store. The manager, Brandon, was knowledgeable and assisted Pablo in helping us. We did not get our issue resolved since it is something on AT&T’s end, however, Pablo and Brandon were a big help and made us feel better about the situation. We will be returning to this location the next time we need to go in-store.

After two failed attempts for assistance at local authorized retailers, my partner and I visited the Exton corporate store. Pablo and Emily spent over two hours helping us merge plans, upgrade our plan and purchase/set up new phones. Both are knowledgeable, kind, patient and incredibly helpful. Came in so close to closing that I was embarrassed and felt so rude, but I desperately needed to replace a phone tonight. Patrick was so great to us, totally welcoming and friendly, professional, knowledgeable and quick. He solved my problem, explained everything and set up two phones for me in less than a half hour! I’m more than happy with the outcome. I know if I went to one of those “fake” AT&T stores I would’ve ended up confused and probably spending more money and time than I needed to. Don’t waste your time with those stores (I have in the past ) go to AT&T at the Exton mall and ask for Patrick, you won’t be sorry! Thank you again, we’ll be back soon!
